New equipment installation typically comes with a 5 year warranty on parts that extends to 10 years if you register the serial number. We also give a 1 year warranty on labor. For parts that are out of warranty, and a customer pays for a part, that part will come with a 1 yr part warranty and a 30 day labor warranty

“My A/C quit working one evening, so I called Orion the next morning and the owner Jim came out that afternoon and checked my system out. But better than that, I had realized that the air handler blower was not working, so they had gone to the supplier and picked up both a new blower and control board because those were the 2 most likely culprits. When Jim came out, he did testing and the motor had burned out, so he already had the part and could fix it right away. (He returned the control board so I did not have to pay for that). Also, I was impressed because my unit is over 12 years old, and Jim helped me decide if it was worth replacing the motor vs. replacing the whole system. I think many companies would have tried to hard sell the new unit, but he checked the outside unit, tested the freon and everything was good, so he told me we should get at least a few more years from this system. It’s so good to find an honest contractor who does not try to upsell you to things you don’t need.”

Orion was able to come out the same day to assess the issue and quickly found that the evaporator motor was not functioning.They had to order the part since our ac handler required a very specific evaporator motor. Orion had it in hand two days later and were out to install it immediately. The technician, Mark, was quick to install it and it has been working beautifully and blowing ice cold ever since! From the first call to resolution, Orion was wonderful to work with. Diana, who answered the phone when I frantically called, worked with urgency, was incredibly nice, and genuinely cared about our issue.
